	Sonic Solutions Announces Conference Call and Webcast

Novato, California (July 22, 2009) - will release financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2010 after the close of regular trading on Thursday, August 6, 2009. Members of Sonic’s management team will lead a conference call to discuss the results that day at 1:30 p.m. (PT) / 4:30 p.m. (ET). The company expects to file its Form 10-Q for the corresponding quarterly period ended June 30, 2009, as early as Wednesday, August 5, 2009.
