Sunnyvale Community Services Lands Permanent Home...

  
SUNNYVALE, CA -- May 9, 2005 --Sunnyvale Community Services (SCS), a local emergency assistance agency serving low-income families, has received some help of its own from AMD to secure a new home. The organization recently sold a parcel of land donated by the semiconductor company and used the $2.6 million from the sale to purchase and finance a new building for itself.
