Logitech – June 20, 2007 – Logitech announced that at the Company?s Annual General Meeting held today in Lausanne, Switzerland, its shareholders elected two new board members: Sally Davis, chief portfolio officer of British Telecom and Robert Malcolm, president of global marketing, sales and innovation at Diageo, plc. The shareholders re-elected board members Daniel Borel, Logitech chairman, Guerrino De Luca, Logitech president and chief executive office and Monika Ribar, chief executive officer of Panalpina Group. All other resolutions put before the shareholders were passed.
